Over the past few years, the company has achieved notable success both in the Russian market and internationally. The owners are committed to investing in the company’s further development and building a strong global brand, with a primary focus on the MENA region.
The company’s product is a complex solution for engineering education, featuring one-of-a-kind learning materials and proprietary educational robotics tool kits, tailored to meet the needs of children aged 4 to 16 who are engaged in the STEAM approach. It is also an engineering educational platform that meets the modern economy's challenges and allows a country to create an essential foundation for economic growth.
The owners are looking for an expert-level executive who will seamlessly integrate into the ongoing development and implementation of the company’s strategy, bringing their own experience and network to the table.
The ideal candidate for this position is a CEO with a proven track record of developing educational products, either in Russia or in international markets. If you have experience in successfully scaling an educational business abroad and are eager to lead global expansion, you will have the opportunity to work from the company’s office in Dubai (UAE). Alternatively, if you are an expert in the Russian market and prefer to work closely with the Russian team, this option is also available, as the company’s headquarters are in Saint Petersburg.
Education Requirements:
- A higher education degree in Economics, Management, or IT
- An additional business qualification (MBA)
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CEO in the education sector, leading teams of at least 100 employees and overseeing annual revenue of over 1 billion RUB
- Proven experience in negotiations with top-level decision-makers in the education sector
- Experience managing commercial, production, and support divisions
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop and implement company strategies in line with current market conditions
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and interpretation of financial reports
- Experience in optimizing technological and business processes
- Personnel management expertise, including team development and lifecycle management
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success in growing educational projects internationally
- Experience in closing major deals with government organisations, including ministries
- Fluency in Arabic
