The leading e-commerce card payments company ChronoPay is looking for new General Manager for the subsidiary companies which are operated in EU and elsewhere — Estonia, Netherlands.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a small team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as on-boarding and hiring new team members. The team will be limited to 5-7 employees. The office has to be leased in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

 

A few things have to be considered:

• An ability to act on tight and reasonable budgets — no corporate Mercedes «russian style», no billion dollar consultants and legal assistants for thousands of euros per second. The company is willing to compensate all expenses, however they have to be reasonable as there is quite a lot to do first.
• No Russia-phobia please. We are in exciting business, not politics.
• No «going-to-extremes» and «I wanna be a pirate» as well please. We run and maintain extremely promising payments business for emerged markets just as for emerging markets.
• Experience of CEO or deputy to CEO is required.
• Ability to travel to Moscow is required.
• Due to AML/KYC founding banking principles you have to be a full citizen of an EU country.
• ChronoPay, even though essentially still a small company, has numerously over the years influenced the payments industry in the e-commerce world and is well known internationally. It’s a great opportunity to learn the core of the internet payments world and the e-commerce world as well and to do something truly exciting and important.

 

Important:

• To be hired you’d need to pass an online interview with the Moscow office and travel to Moscow to be signed up once you pass the interview.

• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

 

Qualifications:

• Management experience
• Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
• Proper english
• Business education
• Dutch/EU citizenship preferred
• Experience in bank card business or e-comm.
