Job description:
Communicate with the Bank of Lithuania or other financial regulator during the license obtaining process.
The overall responsibility to manage the day-to-day operations of the company as an authorized EMI in Lithuania.
Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of the investors and the BOD.
Leading the senior team to reach goals and objectives.
Hiring, engaging and developing a high performing managerial team to oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Creating a vision for success and ensuring all internal and external stakeholders rowing in the same direction to the common goal of financial growth and profit.
Maintaining relationships with other relevant financial market participants, which the company has the interest to maintain, such as banking institutions, acquiring banks, payment service providers, etc.
Take part in public events, company presentations at various industry and affiliate conferences: PayExpo, Money2020, ICE, iGaming, IGB etc.
Requirements:
5+ of previous experience in management positions in financial: Banking, Money Remittance or Fintech services.
Accuracy, methodical, attention to details with high standards of accuracy.
Flexibility & openness to change: the ability to react and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiar with local and European regulations, such as AML/KYC, GDPR, Payment Regulations and Consumer Rights.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Good communication, oral and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Native or fluent in Lithuanian, English, Russian is desirable.
