Renaissance Heavy Industries – “RHI” is an industrial division of Renaissance Holding Company which carries out the heavy industry projects in all leading sectors: hydrocarbons, power, metallurgy and mining, as well as processing plants, in Russia. In cooperation with its sister companies and through strategic partnerships, RHI provides engineering, procurement, construction, operation and management services for large-scale projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant business experience, master's degree is a plus while specific experience and/or education in Computer Science or Information Systems is a plus
- +12 years of experience delivering value to customers through problem solving, analytics, and/or digital assets, or equivalent relevant experience, 5+ years leading a team is a must
- Advanced level of English, Russian or/and Turkish is a plus
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
- Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
- Ability to think and execute at both a strategic and operational level
- Strong ability to communicate with executive management, colleagues and partners
- Proven leadership ability with ability to lead, coach and develop other
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability with strong understanding of agile methods
- Experience building and presenting complex cost benefit analysis
- Experience delivering data and/or digital based solutions that have a direct impact on business process
- Experience of identifying commercial opportunities using data (Monetizing digital)
- Collaborative team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization
Job Description:
- Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization
- Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional organizations/departments to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between projects and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
- Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that organization is investing in the right tools and resources
- Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution
- Develop a clearly-defined and compelling digital strategy inline with company’s objective
- Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models including internal and external partners experiences
- Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution
- Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio
- Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem
- Identifying new tools – AI, digital, CRM – that can support, enhance and improve the organizations solutions
