A fintech company Мокка is looking for a Chief Data officer.
As Chief Data Officer, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that oversees development and deployment of data products to achieve improved performance in key areas of the business in Revo’s Russia and CEE operations.
As Chief Data Officer you will be responsible for development of key data products and building the necessary data infrastructure. This will include development of new and existing data sources and analytics instruments, business processes, technologies, and platforms to enhance fraud detection, credit decisioning, collection, customer acquisition, activation, cross-sell, and other measures to increase LTV of customers. In addition, you will be responsible for developing BI and reporting services to support management and governance of the business.
More specifically, key responsibilities will include the following:
- Build, maintain and consistently improve our data collection, data infrastructure, data products/services;
- Maintain and develop our data infrastructure (DWH, data lake, Integration layer, ML platform, data governance);
- Develop ideas for new data products and services and execute them to improve performance across the company, inc. for risk management, marketing, customer care, reporting, etc.;
- Improve and increase model quality metrics;
- Build and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
Desired skills & qualifications:
- A proven leader with relevant experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related technical field;
- Advanced knowledge in SQL;
- Experience in Python;
- Experience in ML modeling;
- Strong analytical and statistical skills;
- Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively lead interactions with both business and technical teams
