Key responsibilities:
∙ setting up accounting from «scratch»
∙ forming an accounting policy in accordance with the requirements of a group of companies
∙ prepare and submit statutory financial statements and tax returns for russian legal entity
∙ participate in monthly and annual closing procedure (management and ifrs reporting)
∙ timely provision of complete and reliable financial statements
∙ timely reporting of ifrs to hq
∙ statutory and tax reporting
∙ assist in preparation of supporting documents (agreements, acceptance certificates) for the group’s recharges (cost sharing agreements, services, etc.) In terms of local tax compliance
∙ payroll and reporting to funds
∙ bank-client (sberbank, citi), coordination with banks on various issues include currency control
∙ maintaining all areas of accounting for a small business on the “osn” requirements:
Requirements:
∙ higher specialized education (finance, accounting)
∙ experience as a chief accountant at least 3 years
∙ knowledge of the civil code of the russian federation, the tax code of the russian federation, the labor code of the russian federation, the current regulatory acts
∙ ifrs experience
∙ knowledge of the application of benefits of special economic zones is preferable (skolkovo)
∙ knowledge of multicurrency transactions
∙ practical knowledge of all accounting areas
∙ knowledge of 1c is required (preferably erp)
Conditions:
∙ fully equipped workplace
∙ not full-time (0, 5 rates), it is possible to combine work in another organization until full-time
