In order to support company’s finance and accounting team, VILMORIN Russia is currently recruiting a Chief Accountant.

Main Activities:
Paper documents workflow and control (source documents of customers and suppliers, orders, letters, sales documents, reconciliation acts with customers and suppliers…)
Bank operations (statements, currency control…)
Payables (goods and services providers)
Booking of imported goods (with custom duties and additional costs)
Expense reports (representative costs, waybills etc.)
Accounting reserves (provisions and accruals)
Taking part in physical inventory twice per year
Tax accounting & tax returns according to Russian legislation meeting deadlines
Statutory tax audit (Tax office counter checks etc.) and annual accounting audit support
Statutory statistical reports
Full support of Finance manager requests meeting the deadlines of internal reporting
HR support (internal HR regulatory documentation, HR data follow up, Training monitoring…)
Payment orders, payroll calculation and social charges reports are outsourced
Profile:
With at least 3 years of experience as a chief accountant, the candidate must be technically competent to work on 1C Trade, 1C Accounting and Excel. Ideally, this person should be solution oriented, with strong organizational skills, positive team player with an agile professional autonomy.
Languages: Native Russian is a must with at least an intermediate English.
University degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance
Knowledge of the IT tools and applications used in the business (1C, Excel – advanced user).
