Responsibilities:
- Performing the accounting function according to the company standards and Russian legislation standards
- Improvement of the accounting process and tools
- Prepare accounting reports to HQ, including mandatory audits
- Prepare accounting and tax reports to Russian state institutions
- Supervise work of Accounting Department
- Extensive treasury activities (loans, factoring, hedging)
Desired Skills & Experience:
- University degree
- Not less than 5 years experience as a Chief Accountant at a western company (FMCG preferably)
- Experienced in import/export accounting and related customs issues
- Experienced in accounting reports to HQ
- Expert knowledge of Russian accounting and tax legislation as well as IFRS
- Financial management experience is a plus
- Experienced PC user: Excel, 1C, SAP (or another similar ERP Program)
- Fluent English
