Responsibilities:
- Team Management (6 Subordinate employees)
- Tax filling and statutory reporting including maintaining the Transfer pricing documents
- Ensure compliance with the statutory and corporate accounting standards and policies
- Drive the improvement of administrative efficiency by bringing forward new procedures
- Develop, unify and optimize back-office processes
- Communication with the tax authorities and other state bodies in the relative area
Requirements:
- Higher education in accounting, tax, finance or mathematics
- Accounting experience in multinational companies for at least 3 years
- Solid knowledge of local tax and accounting law
- ERP knowledge is a must
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
- Strong Leadership skills
- Inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence people at all levels of the organization and to drive the Accounting team
- Have the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Adapt quickly to change and are able to lead change management
