An engineering services company Grid Dynamics is looking for a Chief Accountant.
Requirements:
Experience in accounting, tax accounting, RAS, IFRS: more than 7 years (Service/IT industry is preferable);
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, preparation and submission of tax declarations;
Knowledge of general concepts of transfer pricing;
Knowledge of basis of civil and commercial law;
Knowledge of labor law, rules and regulations of labor protection.
Experience in currency control regulations;
Experience in implementation of ERP systems;
Strong knowledge of 1C;
Deep knowledge of Russian Accounting Standards;
Experience in development and implementation of accounting, tax local procedures and policies;
Experience in IFRS;
Experience in contract review and approval;
Experience in work with auditors, tax authorities, pension funds, social security
English (at least upper-intermediate)
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
Preparation, control and full responsibility over statutory reporting, completion of monthly / quarterly / yearly closing activities and reports in accordance with legislation and assigned schedules
Timely and accurate reflection of the business operations, movement of assets, ensuring overall accuracy of the financial data
Assist in preparation corporate management accounting reports on monthly basis, information support of management accounting, allocation of costs
Preparation and submission of tax returns
Development and improvement of policies for accounting and tax accounting, local instructions
Work in 1C, Netsuite and other internal tools
Work with auditors, banks, tax authorities, pension funds, social security
Supervising a team of accountants
