Unilever is searching for a Chief Accountant Tea Division.
Your key tasks:
Maintain strong internal controls by having a full understanding of end-to-end process of set of local books, and ensure adherence to accounting and financial policies and procedures of Tea Company
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up
Ensure accurate and timely operation of all accounting and financial processes: ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, T&L, payroll, inventory, fixed assets, taxes and cash management
Responsible for the contact with the service providers for statutory accounting and tax
Maintain the legal entity in full compliance with Russian statutory regulations
Direct, conduct, and/or participate in cost analysis and rate studies. Ensure that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax and VAT returns on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis
Responsible for financial, statistic reporting, tax reporting (excluding payroll) and all communication with Local Tax authorities
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree in finance / accounting
Working knowledge of statutory and tax reporting
Deep understanding and practical usage skills of ERP systems
Experience in FMCG industry
Strong financial and business acumen
High level of problem-solving ability
Upper-intermediate English is a plus
Additional work experience in Start-Up’s / Intrapreneurship is a plus
Experience in applying IFRS concepts to regular reporting is a plus
