AGFA - европейская международная компания, занимающаяся производством товаров для создания, обработки и воспроизведения изображений.
Your role:
- Full-scale supervision of the financial management of the Company, IFRS management
- Is in charge of the procedure of monthly closure of accounts and accuracy of subsequent reporting to the Company's Headquarters both in terms of timing and content
- Is in charge of compliance with all corporate principles and norms in the area of finance
- Is in charge of compliance of the financial reporting with the requirements of international financial reporting standards, as well as with the Russian legislation
- Minimizes financial risks of the Company by introducing and maintaining the principles of "good corporate governance" (implementing and supporting a variety of internal control processes, carrying out various inspections, monitoring the compliance of the Company activities with the Russian legislation, making analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprise aimed at identification of the internal resources, implementation of the economy regime, etc.)
- Possesses information to provide comments on all the reporting indicator
- Makes future risks forecasting, including financial risks, as well as communicates them to the Company's CEO
- Knowledge the structure of the organization, the strategy and the perspectives of its development
Specific skills needed for this position:
- Knowledge of SAP Business 1 and/or iScala
- IT literate (excel)
- Language skills – English
- Knowledge of internal work regulations and labor policies
- Knowledge of norms and regulations of Labor Safety
- Current computer technology and the scope of its implementation for accounting and computing operations and analysis of production, commercial and financial activities of the organization
- Knowledge of forms and procedures of financial arrangements knowledge of international standards of financial accounting and reporting and resolutions, directives, orders, and other guidelines, methodological and regulatory proceedings of higher, financial and auditing bodies on issues of arrangement of accounting and preparation of reporting, as well as of those related to the business transactions and financial operations of the organization, internal work regulations and labor policies
