The branch of restaurants is looking for a manager chef, not a creator. All menus in the restaurant will be developed by our Brand Chef. Your task is to prepare everything correctly according to our technological maps.

- Delicious and high-quality cooking according to tech-cards!
- Organization of the work of the entire kitchen and the creation of a positive microclimate in the team
- Preparation of dishes according to technological maps.
- Control of cooking technology.
- Monitoring compliance with sanitary standards.
- Control of cooking, speed of return, temperature and presentation of dishes.
- Department cleanliness control.
- Quality control of products in the department.
- Timely completion of kitchen paperwork.
