A cafe in the center of Dubai is looking for an active, executive chef with at least 2 years of experience.
Cook's Responsibilities:
• prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with a high quality standard;
• purchase of products;
• keep all work areas clean and tidy and avoid cross-contamination;
• prepare all ingredients for all relevant menus;
• assist in the timely and prompt fulfillment of guests' requests;
• ensure good quality and proper storage of products;
• specialization in sandwiches, smoothies, salads, pasta. Knowledge in the field of healthy desserts is welcome
• staying in Dubai, knowledge of English is required
