Main responsibilities:
Partner Readiness
- Work with stakeholders in Sales Academy and Sales Ops to ensure the right educational courses are created, available and delivered to partners;
- Manage education part of United Partner Program: planning, keeping courses and requirements for partners up to date;
- Define localization needs for educational courses;
- Lead Partner LMS (Learning Management System) development in a close collaboration with Sales Ops, publishing courses on the Partner Portal, keeping certification page updated;
- Reporting on partner education / certification progress;
- Be a focal point for Kaspersky regional employees and ATCs worldwide on all matters concerning partner education.
ATC Management
- ATC Program management;
- New ATC onboarding: ensure TTT courses are available, setting TTT sessions for ATCs, trainer certification;
- Operational management of ATC Program in a close collaboration with Sales Ops;
- ATC informational support: keeping up to date data on Kaspersky Support, ATC pages and the Partner Portal, publishing courses for ATCs on KL Exam;
Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, partner channel development, alliance management in the IT industry;
- Proven track record in partner channel enablement/readiness/education;
- Ability to set and execute channel education strategy, thus translating strategy into actions and marketing/sales motions;
- Ability to drive cross-group collaboration, using project management, impact and influence;
- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences;
- Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners;
- Strong analytical mindset, but creative in problem solving and entrepreneurial in approach;
- Proficiency in SFDC would be an advantage.
