Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting partners and programs within Intel Russia Channel Scale and Partners team. Channel Scale and Partners team is working with Distributors, Solution Integrators, Software Vendors, Managed Services Providers and other partners in Russia. Key responsibilities include working with partners, deep data analysis and internal communication with main stakeholders across Intel globally with the main focus on Distributors.
Responsibilities:
Pricing, Supply and Program management. Support document workflow and communication with partners:
Engage with internal stakeholders on addressing supply and pricing needs of our partners;
Track programs execution, communicate with partners about program changes, prepare program reports and data snap shots.
Marketing programs and events support:
Assistance in the preparation of small events, i.e. Small customer training at Intel office (send out an invitation and directions, order passes, organize catering);
Manage event package consistency in collaboration with the marketing team;
Prepare reports after events (prepare documents like proof of execution after marketing activities).
Analyze different reports and data:
Prepare data set for meetings and presentations;
Collect inputs from the team on results, path to target and execution issues;
Perform ad-hoc research for the team and prepare summaries.
Lead team collaboration efforts:
Set up and support team meetings, internal documents workflow, internal team events;
Help with documents and presentation localization and translation;
Administer other necessary activity to foster collaboration within team and with other stakeholders at Intel.
Provide fresh point of view on Intel programs and strategy;
Share personal experience and «fresh» approach;
Drive and make changes based on own experience;
Generate new ideas and be driver of New Generation vision.
Qualifications:
English: upper-intermediate or higher (B2 OR C1);
Advanced user of MS office applications: Excel, powerpoint, Word;
Ability to systemize and analyze data;
Interested in IT Industry and desire to learn and develop new skills;
Communication and presentation skills in Russian and English;
High level of work discipline;
Ability to conducts business correspondence/emails/communication.
