About The Role:
- For Consumer Goods business unit, company is looking for a Marketing Director, Russia and Belarus, that will play a key role in the organization to create strong long-term strategy, built on brand and communication and innovation plans to drive growth and margin, contributing to reaching overall company targets. Due to the current company set up, there is unique opportunity to build a localized independent marketing department, capable of operating in a fast changing environment
- In this position you will report to Commercial Director and you will coordinate marketing groups (assortment, brand, consumer insights, media & digital), and the position will be located in Moscow

What You Will Do:
- Develop, manage and implement marketing strategy & long-term planning, including strategic pricing
- Secure holistic resource (budget, people) plan allocation in line with priorities
- Drives the local activities planning process and is responsible for defining implementing and follow-up of marketing budget and plans
- Multi-functional collaboration across company value chain and key functions securing alignment in marketing execution
- Develop and manage brand architecture, product portfolio and visual identity, identify brand growth opportunities
- Develop and implement innovation process, supported by the right organizational structure
- Develop and monitor brand communication, securing legal and regulatory compliance
- Build a vision of the categories identifying the key drivers from a consumer, shopper, customer
- Measure and articulation of marketing ROI (short, mid long term), active leadership of A&P investment
- Data & Analytics leverage with story telling for marketers/non marketeers
- Set up a marketing team structure and develop the team
Who You Are:
- University degree
- 15 years of relevant and proven successful experience in marketing, minimum 3 years in senior marketing, with proven comms development, portfolio management and pricing within FMCG – sales experience in Key Account Management desirable
- Minimum 3 years of proven people development experience
- You demonstrate excellent business acumen and understanding of the total value chain
- You are passionate to understand the consumer, customer and shopper always putting their needs first
- You own strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills paired with the ability to make things happen
- You are an excellent communicator and connector also in topics with diverting interests
- You are self-motivated and passionate team player
- You share a positive, energetic mindset with ability to handle ambiguity
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
