Sterling Payment Services are looking for a new team player — CFO.
Key responsibilities
Education/experience Required: Strategy, Vision, Leadership
Responsibly and reliably manage and strategically develop the company together with General Director.
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, auditors, public officials, etc.
Prepare and maintain regular (and ad hoc) statutory and corporate financial reports. Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). Prepare annual budgets.
Finance
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
Oversee cash, investment and asset management.
Develop and utilize forward-looking. predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans.
Support the management in ensuring appropriate control over all major business areas from financial point of view.
Lead cost saving initiatives, establish benchmarks and KPIs for major business
Requirements
University degree (finance, economics).
CFA levels passed is an advantage. Work experience in Finance Management at least 3 years. Advanced/ Fluent English level.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Deep knowledge of FI market and instruments (incl. pricing, drivers, credit risk etc.). Understanding of accounting policies of different classes of securities and assets. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.
Knowledge of 1C, SAP, special programs (e.g. Diasoft).

Working hours: 9:00 — 18:00 GMT+3 (Monday-Friday);
