В компанию по производству подъемного оборудования требуется CFO (chief financial officer).
The company is delivering customized integrated solutions, designed to improve the efficiency of artificial lift technology by using high-specification field equipment.
Functional:
- Organization and management of the financial function in the Company (finance, attraction of investments, management reporting, analytics, support of transactions / tenders)
- Budgeting and financial/resource planning of operations
- Organization of management and financial reporting of the company
- Analysis of commercial, financial, and economic activities
- Optimization of fixed and variable costs; Organization of a set of measures to improve efficiency, reduce costs (material, financial, labor) and rational use of the Company's resources
- Management of receivables and accounts payable
- Negotiating with external investors and fundraising
- Negotiating with banks (in terms of obtaining credit funds, bank guarantees, etc.)
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics / Finance, MBA / EMBA is an advantage
- Experience in CFO position: 3-5 years
- Experience in financial audits
- Knowledge of IFRS / IFRS standards
- English/Russian – fluent
Reporting to the Board of Directors and investors of the Company.
