An international leading retail company with a presence online & offline is currently looking for a CFO covering Finance, Accounting, Logistics and IT functions.
The Role
Oversee the financial and controlling management of the company and, if the need arises, supervise accounting, logistics and the information systems
Manage the controlling processes associated with the plan, budget and trends
Assessing the major objectives
Analysing the results of activity
Anticipating risks
Carrying out the necessary arbitration with members of the management committee with regard to the allocation of resources
Be responsible for wide scope including IT, Logistics, Legal, Security, Business Intelligence
Implement and maintain permanent procedures to guarantee the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group’s standards
Implement all necessary initiatives required to manage and apply procedures and good practices pertaining to Internal
Optimize savings and productivity opportunities and to propose them to his/her Management Committee in order to optimize costs
Supervise the drafting of monthly reports
Ensure the reliability of taxation and legal operations (company accounts, contracts, etc.)
Participate in developing teams and to provide them with all necessary support in carrying out their mission
Report to local GM and Global CFO
The Candidate
Higher Education in Finance, Accounting or Audit sphere
10 years’ experience in Finance with experience in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods industry
Experience managing directly, IT / Legal / Logistics department is plus
Outstanding people management skills
Dynamic and self-motivated
Positive attitude with a high level of energy
Willingness to integrate a company with further perspective
Fluent English.
