The Company is based in Moscow and is being managed by its founders, who has gained their professional experience in global payment solutions businesses. The business is primarily focused on international markets and the Company has an ambitious plan for further global business growth through development of new services/business streams, increase of client portfolio in current and new geographical locations and aggressive hiring plan of new team members.
To make it happen the Company is looking to hire a truly hands-on CFO who will lead the upgrade of the finance function and transform it into a well-organized, helpful, reliable and compliant organization.
Обязанности:
- CFO is the “owner” of the finance function of the company and a sparring partner to the Founders of the Company
- Overall responsibility for all financial and accounting matters of the international group of companies, including contractor companies in the international perimeter
- Management of the company's financial flows and treasury operations
- Financial and operational control, projects control
- Development of management reporting and business analysis
- Development of reconciliation methodology with counterparties around the world and automation of this process
- Development of cost control initiatives
- Analysis of the specifics of legislation and regulation of the tax burden of the company, tax planning
- Setting and managing budgeting process, monitoring budget execution (conducting a plan-fact analysis)
- Evaluation of the investment projects for the company
- Management of external audits
- Reporting for regulators
Требования:
- Must have: CFO with experience in online payment solutions/platforms with focus on international markets
- Higher education with degree in finance/accounting/economics or technical sciences
- ACCA or similar qualifications – an advantage
- Company is looking for a candidate with strong desire to join a dynamic organization with flat org structure and “open door” culture
- Experience of managing fast growing companies
- Experience of working in with FOREX and multiple currencies
- Strong leadership skills and experience of building a professional team
- Experience of ERP/Accounting software implementation (1C)
- Good knowledge of legal aspects of the business in Russia and abroad
- Experience of close cooperation with shareholders/business owners with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong personality with initiative approach and outstanding communication skills
- Native Russian speaker with fluent English
