Финансовый директор возглавит финансовую и отчетную функцию для группы компаний в различных странах.
The key responsibilities:
Directing budget and cost controlling;
Financial analysis, accounting practices and reports;
Analyzing and interpreting financial data and recommending changes to improve systems and financial performance;
Presenting financial information to partners and Board of Directors;
Communication with offshore administrators, auditors, advisors and portfolio companies.
Desired profile of the candidate:
Previous practical experience in a financial managerial role not less than 3 years;
Experience in PE/VC funds is a plus;
Experience in management reporting, IFRS preparation;
Technical and practical skills in financial controlling;
Skills in forecasting, budgeting and analysis of variances, excellent knowledge of Excel;
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts and information;
Problem solver approach and working style;
Must be familiar with regulation, tax and compliance issues (Russia, Guernsey, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Caymans, BVI);
ACCA, CPA is plus;
Fluent English is a must;
Strong supervisory skills required.
