International consulting firm is looking for a CFO Russia & CIS.
Обязанности:
- CFO is a business partner to the senior management team on all financial matters and business strategy
- The Company is growing rapidly and the business becomes more and more complex every day. The position requires a good set of management skills and technical competences to overcome the challenges of volatile economy and constantly changing business environment in the region
- This is a hands-on position with the following areas of responsibility: Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Billing, Legal, Compliance, Risk management, Audit and IT/Digitalization areas of business operations and will have influence on decision making process in the region
Требования:
- Higher education with degree in finance/accounting/economics or technical sciences
ACCA or similar qualifications – an advantage - Progressive financial track record with international companies in Professional Services/Consulting/IT/Tech/Digital/FMCG or Retail industries
- Experience of managing fast growing companies – highly desirable
- CFO/Deputy CFO experience with responsibility for several regional offices (ideally in CIS countries) and focus on commercial finance/business planning & analysis
- Experience in forecasting, planning, reporting (management accounting and IFRS), business analysis and controlling
- Understanding of Russian Accounting principles, statutory reporting and tax regimes in Russia and CIS countries
- Experience of working with financial institutions (ideally in Russia and CIS countries)
- Experience with FOREX and multiple currencies
- Strong leadership skills and experience of building a professional team
- Experience of ERP/Accounting software implementation (1C)
- Good knowledge of legal aspects of the business in Russia and CIS
- Experience of close cooperation with shareholders/business owners with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong personality with initiative approach and outstanding communication skills
