The head of the Finance Team must combine the following functionality, with further team building and delegation of authority
Financier/CFO
Maintaining a transparent system of accounting for expenses and income
Formation of management reporting (P&L, DDS, Balance)
Implementation of financial discipline in the company
Analysis of the company's financial performance
Daily management of cash transactions for the internal operations of the company, namely the receipt / expenditure of cash and cashless payments
Cash flow planning
Making bank payments
Carrying out correspondence with banks on issues related to transfers on correspondent accounts, preparing responses to requests from banks;
Implementation of various financial and economic calculations;
Providing up-to-date information on the financial condition of the company to the owners
Management of the company's financial flows,
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management,
Contacts with banks on issues of operational interaction (stability of payments, document flow, currency control, card products, etc.)
Kazanchey/Treasurer
Monitoring compliance with payment discipline in the company
Treasury service of all new projects and processes in the company;
Daily maintenance of the register of payments and preparation of summary information on cash balances on accounts
Participation in the process of automation of management accounting;
Keeps records of cash, valuable forms, non-cash money.
Implementation of the closing of the transaction day and the preparation of daily reports, checks the compliance of the available cash, valuables and valuable forms, their balances at the cash desk.
Currency teller
Daily registration of transactions for the purchase / sale / conversion of foreign currency;
Performing transactions with values. Acceptance, issuance, processing, including recalculation, sorting, formation, verification of the authenticity of cash, packaging of cash and other valuables;
Carrying out foreign exchange transactions;
Accepting payments from customers, issuing cash to customers
Preservation of valuables
Requirements:
Economic or financial higher education
Similar work experience from 3 years;
English - reading and correspondence;
Knowledge of English is required at a level sufficient to interact with foreign banks
Strong experience in interaction and financial transactions with foreign banks
Knowledge of the international payment system;
Confident knowledge of the features of international payment systems and transfers SEPA, SWIFT
Knowledge of Excel
Skills of work on conducting reclamation correspondence on payments in foreign currency;
Personal qualities: resistance to stress, ability to work with a large amount of information, ability to take responsibility, initiative, ability to work in a team.
