The successful candidate is required:
Тo have fluent level of English
Work experience as a Сommercial director, Sales director, СEO, Strategy director in the beverage industry, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Water, Dairy and etc.
Tasks:
Standard managing operations according to Russian law
Budget management
Commercial management
Staff management
Representing a company to official authorities and business unions (communities)
Open new markets as dairy, food, beverages (any where PET packaging used)
Key Job function:
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain goals
Prepare Strategic Plan for company’s Russian branch over 2021 -2023 in agreement with the Group CEO.
Provide strategic advice to the CEO through regular open communication.
Prepare, implement and deliver against comprehensive business plans as agreed with the Group CEO and CFO.
Play the lead role in Commercial activity in the Russian market.
Take control of Marketing initiatives relevant to the Russian market.
Demonstrate good understating of the profit growth opportunities in Russia and lead by example in the use of costing models as a basis for pricing based on operating improvement initiatives being introduced to Russia in 2021.
Plan cost-effective operations and market development activities
Build long term, trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
Supervise the work of what is a strong executive team providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
Ensure a positive work environment
Ensure performance appraisal, training and professional development activities.
Reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems.
Execute public speaking and representational appearances in a professional manner.
Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
Further develop and enhance company culture.
Close co-operation with NPD to open new markets and opportunities.

Compensation:
Gross salary 400,000 — 700,000 rubbles. Will be discusses in detail with the successful candidate
