With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, company is expanding operations in India and seeking a highly motivated and experienced CEO to lead India branch office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the India market, aimed at expanding Rosatom nuclear and non-nuclear activities, promoting our products and solutions across various applications of modern technologies
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the nuclear industry
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and regulatory changes within the nuclear industry in India. Conduct market analysis and identify potential areas for growth and diversification
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the India branch office team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the India branch office, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Implement strategies to optimize financial results and ensure profitability
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain high ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and transparency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO, managing business operations and driving growth within the nuclear industry or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian nuclear industry landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory framework
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies that resulted in revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals
- Financial literacy and experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Nuclear Sciences) is preferred
