Responsibilities:
Establishment of a company (registration, formation);
Leading the development and implementation of the overall organization’s strategy;
Maintaining a good knowledge of the market and industry of the company;
Setting up an accounting and reporting system;
Implementing and overseeing the company’s fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Managing all logistic processes;
Assuring that all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations;
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company;
Reporting to the board of directors and keeping them informed.
Must have skills/experience:
Experience working in a relevant or similar role;
Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting;
Good knowledge of online trading processes;
Knowledge of logistic processes (warehouse logistic, transportation within eu);
Understanding of the european system for calculating and paying vat when trading in several countries;
Availability to travel and have occasional business trips;
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
Good english language skills (both written and spoken).
Nice to have skills/experience:
Experience working with amazon;
Experience with foreign economic processes (interaction with customs authorities);
Experience with intrastat reporting;
Good russian language skills (both written and spoken)
