Are looking for an experienced CEO with background in product development to head a start up born within an international company. The role requires relocation to Dubai, relocation package will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Driving company development and revenue growth
- Launching and developing product sales and brand awareness in the international market
- Conducting overall operational and administrative company management
- Building internal processes and procedures in a newly established company
- Hiring and building an effective and professional team
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Experience in sales and marketing on a global scale
- Experience working in start up environment
- Experience in launching new product on international markets
- Experience in developing IT products
- Deep understanding of IT and software products, ideally for mining, oil gas or construction
- Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Proactivity, high level of self organization
- Fluency in English
