Job Responsibility:
— Overall manage the work in the country being as the first accountable person, formulate annual sales plan and execute after approval based on the annual business goals of the listed companies;
— Be responsible for the organization development and overall management, team setup, brand promotion; achieve market sustainable growth in the country;
— Lead the team to build up the sales network, develop key accounts and strategy distribution partners, and achieve annual sales target;
— Coordinate with each investor, partners and finance, legal, IP, HR departments in HQ as well as other relative divisions in listed company, control the key steps of projects, supervise the action plan, coordinate sales orders, ensure efficient logistic, and make sure timely execution of signed contracts.
Job Requirement:
1. 8+ years of working experience on business development and sales in oversea market in multination company
2. Deep understanding on relative industry and financial policies of “one belt one road”, familiar with the political, economic, culture, religion and industry knowledge in target countries;
3. Excellent skill and rich experience on communication and negotiation on dealing with oversea government, financial capital agent and large company;
4. Familiar with the organizational structure and working process of the main functional departments in target countries (Development and Reform Commission, foreign affairs, commercial, National Development Bank, Port Bank etc.);
5. High potential, good leadership skill, excellent communication skill and professional presentation skill;
6. Bachelor degree of full-time undergraduate or above, major in science and engineering preferred, fluent both in Chinese and English, fluent in the local language of target country preferred;
7. Great teamwork, result driven and can achieve the target under challenges;
8. Working experience base in target country preferred.
