A group of science and technology companies is looking for a CEO who will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the investors, the shareholders, and the employees. CEO will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
Take lead across all aspects of the company’s stratagy, operations, technologies and build innovative and transperent holding company structure
Attract and hire well-known leading Russian and foreign scientists and technical specialists
Business development and management of public and government funding projects
Partnership collaboration and development with leading world scientific institutions and companies
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Perform as a public person and GR Executive for all initiatives and federal projects
Qualifications
Proven track record in the same role for at least 5 years
Strong understanding of R&D, innovation and performance management principles
MSc, MBA and PhD/Doctor of Science in Physics is a plus
10+ years’ experience in business related field
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Extensive personal network with federal institutions, technology and innovation companies and passion in science and high-tech development
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
