Leading banking group is looking for CEO Marketplace for Digital Start-up.
Required skills & experience
5+ years of experience in digital business development (great if candidate is coming with a deep e-commerce background or has any link to AGRO sector)
Successful enterpreneurial background (especially in Argo sector or digital/e-commerce projects)
Proven track record as owner or manager of successful online product/digital business made from scratch would be highly preferred
A comprehension of ecommerce is great, experience of B2B sales is a plus. eCommerce/marketplace background or knowledge: understanding of the industry, e-com specifics, marketplace, KPI’s, key tendencies and know-how, digital VM, content importance, analytics, etc
Strong project management skills (successful projects portfolio in eCommerce)
Strong financial and analytical skills (role requires financial cases preparation and protection, also web data analysis)
Excellent presentation and communications skills, both written and verbal (to present Marketplace project and negotiate internally and externally with potential partners and integrators)
Strong leadership skills, flexible team player (to drive the project through challenges and any uncertainty)
Strategic thinker who can design and execute on a vision. Ability to adapt to and lead through high-growth, uncertain environments and complex sales cycles
Ability to organize and juggle multiple projects and be comfortable operating in an environment that can result in rapidly shifting priorities. We need someone highly organized that can implement new ideas and business strategies in a highly matrixed organization
Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking
Initiative, result focused and ability to drive business improvement.
