Microsoft is seeking to hire a CEE CSA Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
Drive cloud growth in the Geo through deep Cloud analytics forward and backwards
Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge BG Lead & STU around new business opportunities / growth road map landscape
Own predictive analytics for C+E Billed, CTC, TAC and ACR. Verify ML outcome on Azure consumed to form an opinion what to build into CFO Forecast and FOM scenarios
Accountable for finance content within EG ROB, Planning & Execution incl. budget, forecast and outlook. Owns ACR, ABR and TAC numbers as well as pricing level insights around Overages
Provide business insights to accelerate growth of Azure consumed revenue focusing on premium services Opportunity/growth road map generation;
Partner with New Business and Segment Controllers
Balance growth through our existing consuming customers and Azure Customer Adds
Provide insights on ACR performance by understanding the growth trajectory for key customers
Contribution to Partner motion acceleration to drive CSP growth
Develop understanding of workload margins to influence ROI decision making
Partner with the Investment controller to drive return from investments (Local DC, Strategic, ECIF etc.)
Drive analytics and deeper understanding for Apps & Infra and for Data & AI workloads and differentiating insights for more advanced workloads especially on AI.
Build a partnership with Corp Finance teams providing insights and advocating for the field
Accountable for finance content related to EG ROB, Planning & Execution incl. budget, forecast, consumption and ongoing insights in efficient manner.

Insightful analysis provided to business based on analytical framework & generated opportunity pipeline leveraging or building D7 standards
Forward thinking centered around CLV, multi-year investment perspective and ACR scenarios into actionable insights for the sales team
Consumption, billed and commitment forecast accuracy
Data center utilization, local data center utilization
Change agents towards move to consumption
Community success and feedback from CFOs and CSA community
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in progressively growing finance positions
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Industry experience preferred, but not limited to technology (Telco, Netflix, & Gartner etc.)
Fluent in English.
