Microsoft is looking for a CEE Area SMC Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Planning & Forecasting
Drive centralized SMC Planning & Forecasting leveraging standard tools (Commercial Predict)
Partner with SMC Leads + Digital Sales Lead to land forecast accuracy
Support the Customer Segmentation process
Insights on Business Performance
Leverage Analytical Frameworks to provide insights on business performance and opportunities to accelerate growth
Articulate insights on SMB motions / customer segments
Partner with SMC & DS Business Leads and DS Finance to drive business reviews
Return on investment
Support the blueprint and headcount landing of the SMC resources
Monitor SMC investments and assess productivity and impact of these funds
Leverage Investment / Financial controllers on OPEX rigor and ROI
Leadership & Compliance
Be a champion of Compliance — Tone at the Top, Anticorruption
Contribute and provide thought leadership across WW SMC Finance community
Qualifications:
12-15 years of experience in finance positions
BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA/CA preferred
Passion for Technology and business modelling
Deep understanding of the Cloud business
Multiple stakeholder management
Ability to influence without authority
Strong Analytical capability
Growth mindset — evolving model
Good compliance understanding / experience for the deal structuring and execution
Experience in multinational companies with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles is preferred
Advanced Excel and other technical skills are preferred
Excellent command of English language and communication skills.
