Your Key Responsibilities:
Commercial trade model development and implementation of parameters and conditions for distributors and KA clients in modern trade channel;
Managing the process of results evaluation in a way of achieving goals, calculating bonuses for distributors and key clients;
Ensure the current process of the corporate systems;
Ensure the implementation of the necessary changes in corporate systems in accordance with business requirements;
Managing the workflow process for distributors;
Ensuring the integrity of the operating systems, uninterrupted interaction of the sales service systems with external systems (SAP, etc.);
Play a decisive role in the development and implementation of a strategy for the development of information CD-systems;
Ensure uninterrupted generation and publication of all regular analytical CD-information;
Ensure the smooth operation of the procedures for calculating monthly and annual bonuses for full-time employees of the sales department;
Leadership, management, assessment and development of subordinates in order to improve the quality of the department;
Development and maintenance of NRM agenda.
