Responsibilities:
Budgeting & staff cost control:
Participation in budget planning, analysis of payroll expenditures, compensation and benefits
Participation in budget control procedures and development of costs’ optimization
Participation in HR budget cost planning (other HR expenses for consulting services etc.)
Plan-factor analysis of commission & bonus payments
Bonuses & payroll:
Commission & bonuses payments calculation for all business divisions (monthly/quarterly/annual basis)
Bonus payment files preparation, communication with payroll specialists
Provide effective remuneration system support and consulting for employees
Participation in the development of models of employee incentives
Preparing data for payroll, accounting etc.
Advising company employees on compensation issue
Headcount & FTE:
Headcount & FTE calculation, reports’ preparation for Management
Participation in analysis of HC structure evolution
Appraisal, grading, surveys:
Participation in the annual salary review (ACR process)
Data preparation for participation in salary surveys ( TW, HAY)

Participation in optimization of current business processes of the service of benefits

Reports:
YTD reports preparation
Commission reports preparation
Adhoc presentations, reports, analytics preparation
Other:
Participation in automation of C&B processes
Participation in other C&B and HR projects
Professional skills & experience:
Technical, financial or economic educational background
English level: Upper Intermediate, Advanced
Relevant experience in FMCG company from 2-3 years or other multinationals
Experienced MS office user (MS Excel (pivots, complex formulas), Power Point)
Strong analytical abilities
Basic knowledge of labour law
