Main responsibilities:
40% — consult and support middle-management and HR BP on annual C&B cycle and off-cycle activities in G&A and Sales functions. Support the Performance cycle in G&A functions. Initiate and lead supporting communication activities to ensure transparency and understanding of C&B policies and practices implementation;
20% — monitor the market and trends in the country to find the best practice in harmonizing and developing competitive job offers;
20% — track the efficiency of Payroll budgets and pay components in G&A functions to keep employees satisfied and the rise of costs manageable;
10% — Taking part in the automatisation of the budget planning processes along with finance and HR C&B teams;
10% — Taking part in other C&B project activities.
Experience, knowledge and skills:
2-3 years in multinational FMCG or in Russian diversified companies with solid C&B and HR Analytics practices;
Bonus schemes development experience is a must (primarily Sales STI);
Experience in HR Analysis & Reporting and Payroll budgeting;
Knowledge of Market analysis instruments;
Taking part in HR processes automatization — preferable;
High education – preferably in HR or economy, statistics, maths;
English — upper-intermediate.
