Unlimint is looking for a C&B Manager.
Areas of responsibility include:
Effective collaboration with HR colleagues and Heads of departments to manage and consult on compensation and benefits-related issues
Carrying out, supervision and control of financial and non-financial motivation schemes
Development and implementation of C&B policies and procedures
Taking part in KPI’s development and implementation
Benchmarking on the grounds of salary surveys
Creative solutions for salary scales issuing (per department, per region) on the grounds of salary surveys data
Analytics for C&B development projects upon the requests from HR / Business
Coordination at country level of the annual salary review process
Ad hoc projects: day-to-day support and consultation to HR BP and line managers
Your experience and mindset:
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of C&B on the international level
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
University degree in Economics, Mathematics, or other related fields
Intellectual curiosity, innovative approach, speed and versatility in dealing with datа
