AliExpress Russia Fashion team is looking for Senior Category Marketing and Operations manager to manage Fashion marketing strategy and support key promotion events.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive marketing and operation strategy according to Russian consumer habits for corresponding category; Implement big promotion events such as 11.11 and Black Friday; Develop the differential marketing strategy and innovative marketing for regional market.
Design and develop seasonal and annual marketing & operation strategy for corresponding category. Identify and implement process improvements and opportunities for innovation and simplification in operation plan.
Develop and drive a coordinated marketing efforts to complete business targets, with close engagement with category and promo team.
Creating and scheduling individual category campaigns, including new function launch support and seasonal promotional campaigns. Using data and analytics to inform campaigns, report on results, and drive shopping innovations.
Working closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new feature. Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines.
Leverage and integrate existing relationships to drive compressive strategies, including branding communication, new digital media promotion, internal resources, products merchandising and etc.
Act as the “business owner”, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variable that impact business.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of relevant work experience in E-commerce or online marketing.
Experienced in across cross border e-commerce marketing, strong understanding of overseas market.
Ability to drive marketing campaigns independently and experienced in Project management.
Deep analytical abilities with data, strong learning ability and handling stress ability are needed.
Overseas studying and marketing work experience is preferred.
Excellent command of spoken and English, Fluency in Russian is preferred.
