GlaxoSmithKline is searching for a Category Managing Manager (Consumer Healthcare).

 

Responsibilities:

Leads category thinking and execution within Russia within National Key Account Clients via aggregating multiple resources of data to deliver insights, trends and recommendations
Determines how to unlock category growth and find market new opportunities, proposing category growth solutions based on customers peculiarities. Where possible adapts global category vision and strategy making it relevant to Russia
Drives the key customers category agenda delivering best GSK solutions to ensure category growth utilizing GSK Shopper Science Lab solutions and opportunities.
Develops and executes category management initiatives including merchandising standards, planograming, assortment mix.
Acting Category Captain within our JBP with customers, makes recommendations on the role and space allocation of the category within a customer
Participates in customer annual negotiation campaign via developing category growth selling story, including distinctive category and trade activities
Drives customised activities targeted to grow category via proposing promo assortment, packaging, utilizing digital solutions i.e. cashback promo, couponing and other
Contributes into category reviews with customers: SKU level analytics, shelf design/planograms, category finance pre-post outcomes, recommendations on category promotion strategies and assortment that leads to profitable category and brands share growth
Drives promo efficiency via executing promo guidelines, proposing effective tools to maximized promo outcomes
Understands and satisfies customers needs and wants positioning GSK in Advatnage Group Report as a category leader and expert
Has a growth mindset, high learning agility and uses our values and expectations to drive actions and decisions, role models values and expectations

 

Requirements: 
3+ years Customer management / Category Management / Customer or Trade marketing experience in FMCG company
High digital learning agility and aptitude, Strong proficiency in excel and planograming software such as JDA or Spaceman
Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Numeracy and finance skills
Strong commercial experience
Ability to influence internal and external partners towards desired outcome
