Moёt Hennessy (LVMH) is looking for a Category Manager.
Responsibilities:
Category and shopper opportunities -> be the key role in new opportunities uncovering and communication
New communication tools on the market
Sets-up shopper and market research in coordination with marketing team, provides further results analysis and communication to Trade Marketing and sales teams
Participation in selling stories work out in terms of trade standards execution (trade and shopper insights)
Builds relationships and manages effective communication with market, shopper and household research agencies to ensure provided information meets MH requirements and set objectives
Focus on Customer management together with the sales team
Customer Development plan work out and execution in NKA and LKA
Participate in Customer Marketing Plan work out with TM and KA
Unique and tailor made projects proposal to the key accounts, execution or communication with TM team
Category management projects with Top strategic Accounts leading for building long-term relationships to grow categories’ sales and provide MH brands sales growth
Portfolio and category concepts development
Works with sales and marketing teams to develop and install sales materials tailored to brand, account or channel
Off-trade team expertise widening
Elaborates National trade standards on assortment, merchandising, space and promo with trade marketing and sales teams
Develops and conducts trainings for MH sales team on category management, trade standards, merchandising
Provides support to the off-trade team in negotiations preparation, GFK and Nielsen data regular reporting etc.
Ensures optimal allocation of expenditure, manages budgets, is accountable for keeping to the agreed budgets
Requirements:
Education: High (Project management, Marketing, Sociological)
Languages: Russian, English fluent written & spoken
Professional experience & know how:
Minimum 5 years of category management/ trade marketing/ key account/ trade or shopper research experience in major Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company, of which at least 3 years as Category Manager with full response on CatMan projects, participation in research set up, Accounts targets work out
