Responsibilities:
- Leading category departments (4-5 departments, around 30 FTE in total);
- Building the company’s sales plan (annually, quarterly, monthly);
- Building and developing buying strategy for responsible departments: brand portfolio, new categories implementation, price positioning;
- Managing and controlling seasonal buying budgets in accordance to company business plan and categories’ KPIs;
- Leading negotiations with key local and international players from zero level to cooperation launch. Negotiating commercial terms (discounts, days payable, return options, co-marketing activities) with key suppliers based on company’s targets;
- Setting up commercial targets for the department and control on its achievement;
- Managing contract approval process;
- Organizing cross departments processes: onsite, pricing, marketing, inventory;
- Deep dive and high control on KPIs achievements (P&L analysis, ROI, sales performance, commercial targets, stock control, and etc.).
Job Requirements:
- 7-10+ years in retail
- Strong management skills;
- High level of responsibility and process ownership;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Analytical / Mathematical mindset;
- Knowledge of fashion market;
- Advanced MS Office user;
- Fluent English;
