Main accountabilities:
- Actively contribute to Global Procurement (GPO) strategies for raw materials and energy&fluids and implement Global sourcing results at Regional level
- Understand and follow global and zone governance – policies and procedures
- Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive compliant cost effective category management for respective categories
- Monitor contract performance and take appropriate corrective actions where needed
- Identify, initiate and co-manage value engineering efforts
- Challenge existing ways of working in order to improve procurement results and efficiency
- Deep diving of costs, financial results of the respective categories
- Active participation in budget process (budgeting and forecast)
- Identify and realize potential procurement savings
- Enhancing positive cash flow
- Lead sustainability initiatives and enable new innovations linked to the respective scope
Requirements:
- University degree (master) or equivalent by experience
- Fluent in Russian with good knowledge of English language
- Procurement experience and knowledge of the brewing industry are beneficial
- Good negotiation skills
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, cross functional thinking, factual decision making, strong organizational skills
- Strong influencing skills, strong verbal and written communication, team player, results-oriented, self-starter who likes to take initiative
