Novartis is seeking a Capabilities Building Head.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop the strategy and operational plans to drive performance across the organization
Collaborate with HQ Training, external vendors/SMEs, and key BU functions (eg. Sales, Marketing, Medical HR) in the development of training materials that reflect the needs of the brand and evolving market landscape and legal/regulatory requirements
Conduct on-going needs analysis (customer feedback, field interactions, SMEs, etc) and leverage results to make recommendations, inform, and adjust training strategy and curriculum as needed
Ensure all materials (live, online, testing, etc) are approved and compliant consistent with Novartis policies
Identify and execute pull through opportunities for each learning program and leverage the pre and post training metrics to measure impact on business outcomes
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales trainings, more than a year at the same position
Advanced written and verbal skills in Business English
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
