Job Responsibilities:
- Organization of voluntary health insurance in international locations
- Interaction with providers and administration of current insurance plans
- Analysis of current insurance plans and proposals for their improvement
- Analysis of the voluntary health insurance market in new locations
- Analysis of the benefit package, market benchmarking, development of proposals for improving the current package and introducing new benefits
- Administration of current benefits
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working voluntary health insurance
- Experience working with international providers
- Confident work in excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and work under heavy workload
