- Support HR Director with the operational and analytics tasks Russia as well as support local HR partners with C&B guidelines and Global C&B processes execution:
- Year-End Process (Merit Review & Annual Bonus)
- Employee Cost Budgeting process
- Job Evaluation
- Market data analysis
- Pay Ranges calculation
- HRIS Data Quality
- Other C&B tasks and projects
The skills and experience needed to create your legacy:
- 5 years in multinational FMCG company with solid C&B practices
- Participation in Annual Merit and Bonus process, Budgeting process
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- Strong Communication skills. Multicultural experience is a plus
- Language skills: English—advanced
- Strong Excel user
- Workday experience is a plus
- High education – preferably in economics, math
