Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is a travel-tech company that owns six brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok, B2B.Ostrovok, Ostrovok.ru Komandirovki, RateHawk, Roundtrip and ZenHotels.
11 years ago company exploded into the travel industry and today has representatives in 24 countries around the world, giving clients ability to book travel services in 220 countries.
Company is looking for an experienced C&B Lead to join Human Capital Department to make processes better.
Main responsibilities:
- Evaluation of the high efficiency of employee motivation programs (salaries, benefits, option program, bonuses)
- Development and application of new programs of material and non-material motivation
- Management analysis of salaries for compliance with the market
- Budgeting of employees costs
- Formation of the C&B strategy
- Working with LTI
- C&B process automation
- Building a systematic approach to C&B directions in companies around the world
Requirements:
- Knowledge of schemes of material and non-material rewards
- The ability to adapt these schemes to the needs of the company
- Systematization and analysis of information for decision-making on C&B programs
- Confident work in excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and work under heavy workload
