Main responsibilities:
- Sets strategies, goals and targets for Hospital portfolio and ensures implementation
- Co-leads commercial operations as well as manages projects with the objective of growing the business, enhancing profitability & cost-effectiveness of the company. Builds strong relationship with distributors and drives commercial execution in the hospital channel
- Carries out responsibilities for the development and implementation of Vph strategies and initiatives that maximize overall EPD division competitiveness and performance in Russia. Closely works with relevant stakeholders and site directors (Operations) to ensure availability of stocks for sales
- Defends Hospital BU strategy and innovative initiatives in front of senior management
- Builds a capable organization with talents growing to succeed in critical and high impact roles
Main requirements:
- Master's degree
- Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: Higher education is preferable, 15+ years of overall experience in commercial roles
- Growth and intrapreneurial mindset to grow the business in volatile environments
- Drive organizational changes for the good of the company
- Leadership to attract, develop and retain top talent. Create a culture of talent
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to influence others and manage stakeholders
- Financial planning and budgetary experience
- Experience of working in a matrix environment and delivering business results
- Fluent English
