Key Responsibilities:
- Develop BT regional detailed enablement plan and execution roadmap and drive execution and outcomes for BT value-streams and Productivity themes
- Evaluate the feasibility of the new proposed operating models – People, Assets and Distribution centers and drive pilots to prove concept and industrialize across the region
- Drives BT Productivity Themes to drive near term productivity and BT Value-assurance per the agreed PL/Region G&Os
- Be the lead ‘agent of change’ and act as glue between OFS leadership, Central Team, Functions & Operations
- Stakeholder Communication: Drives efforts to educate executives, employees, and customers the strategic value of Business Transformation and how it will drive differentiation for us in the marketplace
- Provide requirements and support development of business solutions and assess opportunities for process automation, simplified decision making, and insights delivery
- Identify performance gaps across the operational processes and recommend solutions.
- Responsible to create and establish a regional BT play book to drive execution and implementation of all BT requirements at Product line level
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant Oilfield domain & Technology experience with exposure to multiple PLs / Regions
- Recognized as a strategic and technically operating Oilfield professional with sound working knowledge of business operations
- Strong project leadership and management skills to lead organizational change to effectively meet strategic and tactical goals
- Ability to drive cross-functional groups across multiple PLs integrating across Customer journeys and driving performance outcomes
- Equally comfortable discussing the strategic perspective with executives and implementation details with operational staff and Technology groups
