The company is looking for an experienced Business Trainer to join the T&D Team, who will create and deliver trainings for employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs, engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Analyze trends and best practices, gather requirements from key clients
- Development of modular training programs for managers at various levels
- Development of facilitation sessions for leaders
- Supporting leaders in the implementation of development plans
- Creation of competency models, tools for the assessment of leadership
- Optimization of training and development processes to increase engagement
- Develop and refine training programs and materials for training sessions, including pre-training and post-training support
- Analyze the effectiveness of training sessions
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Instructional Design
- Experience in trainings' delivery for employees in various formats
- Experience in developing soft skills trainings from scratch
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Possession of skills in managing group dynamics, public speaking
- Additional education in assessment, conducting assessments, or HOGAN would be an advantage
