VC-backed SaaS startup VISARIGHT is looking for a Business Project Manager.
You will:
- Oversee and orchestrate day-by-day project execution activities and relevant milestones, deliverables and outcomes on business side together with implementation partners
- Manage strategic projects using the appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Define project objectives, project scope, roles, and responsibilities
- Develop and execute a detailed project plan; provide updates to internal and external stakeholders; ensure that all projects are delivered on time
- Defining resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an efficient manner
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Use industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- As vital part of the Business Development team, you develop ideas to adapt and improve our internal processes
What you need to bring to the table:
- Solid experience in leading cross-functional projects, preferably in a startups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (preferred)
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Creativity, curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to explore previously uncharted business areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
- Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of the organization

How company works:
- VISARIGHT has around 35 people spread over 4+ countries in different time zones. Are a distributed team, though we have offices in Berlin & Magdeburg (DE)
- Cares more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of team work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. They try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that they need some “synchronicity” to work well
